DRM

 I don't know what is going on. Nor do I know when they arrived or left. I think there were three of them. This one either was doing an assignment with his contraption or else he was killing time on his smart phone. He took pics of and in that tree knob and plants surrounding the tree. He has the letters DRM on his vest.

This was the second person. I got one glimpse of the third person. I think he was down in the canal. does anybody know what they were doing?
