The Pinecraft/Siesta Bus Run

On Monday I sat at the Amish Church, where the Scat bus comes and goes to see for myself what goes on. I have not heard a single complaint, rather this run is greatly appreciated. So here are a number of photos from Monday. Most of them are not the best quality because it was a bright sunny beach day but so be it...

Looking at schedules while waiting on the 10 o'clock bus run to Siesta Beach.

 Ben & Nancy came..

 And more people...

until the crowd swelled. But not all of these were going on the bus. Some just stopped and visited with friends who were waiting on the bus. This is the way we do it in  Pinecraft.

One young chap is dressed for the beach.

 The bus came...

and paid their fee one by one...

 While more people kept coming.

These ladies are looking at the schedule and sort of planning their bus ride to the beach.

 Still loading...

The last ones boarding the bus.

The door closes, packed, standing room only with a bit of squeezing. Two bus loads went on one bus. The Plain People are used to sitting tight and what is 20 minutes sitting or standing tight knowing you are going to the beach.

I also wanted to watch a bus come in from the beach, so I returned for the 4 o'clock run. According to the bikes there were still a lot of people coming in.

And sure enough, Ben & Nancy who left at 10am returned on the 4pm bus.

 One by one...

 Little girls...

 Little boys...

Wheelchairs too...
It was a good beach day.
