Park Repairs

 
Tonight this sign was at the park entrance. Of course I had to take a look at the repairs. 

They did a fresh paint job on the surface, I wonder how they do this painting?

    They put a large stencil over the blue square, and spray paint the wheelchair logo over it, is what it looks like to me.
